Design & Consulting
We
offer design conceptualizing for styling and construction techniques. The
look of your product is vital to its marketability, however form must
follow function. Our extensive knowledge of most manufacturing processes
and materials allow us to infuse the visual concepts we develop with
reality and push the envelope whenever possible.
Engineering & Development
We
use state-of-the-art computer aided design and engineering to develop your
product from concept into a fully functional, manufacturable product.
During the process we breadboard and test to prove and improve the design.
Included in the development are all mechanical, electrical, and
electronic components that make your product work. We integrate
ergonomics, economy, and manufacturability with the form and function to
develop a robust design that will give your product strength and quality
and make it stand above the competition.
Prototyping
We specialize in building
dynamic prototypes so you can get a real-life perspective of how your
product will look, feel and function. These prototypes are fabricated in
everything from metal to plastic, depending on the needs of the project, and
will look, feel and function as much like the finished product as
possible.
We offer rapid prototyping
services in the form of Stereo-lithography (SLA), of which we offer a
variety of materials and finishes to suit your project needs and budget.
Use these models to check fit, appearance and basic function of your
product.
We are at the forefront of
developing what we call Large Scale Rapid Prototyping (LSRP); a process
that fabricates complex large-scale, one-off projects like automotive, marine
and sport concept vehicles, quicker than standard processes.
Plastic prototypes are
produced using resin casting and vacuum forming parts from sheet plastics.
Composite panels and structures are fabricated using hand-laid or infusion molded glass, carbon or Kevlar, with a variety of resins to best suit the project. Composite panels can be produced as single wall or double wall with hollow or foam cores, with many densities of foam available.
CNC
Machining and Pattern Making
We offer CNC
prototype machining of plastics, foam, and metals from your CAD files, or
we can design the part for you from your drawing, sketch or idea. Patterns
can be machined for investment or sand-casting processes.
Resin
Casting
Plastic prototypes are produced
using hand poured, machine cast or vacuum cast thermoset resins:

Rigid plastic resins; D40-95 (black, colored, tinted or clear)
·
Elastomeric plastic resins; A15-85 (black, colored, tinted or
clear)
·
RTV Silicone rubber is cast to produce prototype parts as well as
molds

several on-shore and off-shore manufacturing companies to offer you
hassle-free tooling and production of your product, so you can concentrate
your energy on other areas of your business.
You choose what country your product is tooled, made and assembled in. We broker and manage the manufacturing so you don’t have to. We can even set up packaging, warehousing and shipping for you.
